Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds soaked
  • 1/2 cup peeled zucchini
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed powder @mountainroseherbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • pinch of smoked paprika

Preparation

  1. Soak your almonds for a few hours in warm water

  2. Meanwhile, peel and chop the zucchini

  3. Peel the skins off of the almonds

  4. In a food processor, blend the almonds, zucchini

  5. Add in the rest of the ingredients

  6. Blend until smooth

  7. Cover and store in fridge for a few days until use

  8. Garnish with bee balm petals or any other edible flowers you have
