Spicy Tiger Nut Snacks

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of tiger nuts (I used )
  • Soaked for few hours
  • 4 Tbs of tamari sauce
  • 1 Tbs of Korean chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbs of sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. I mixed everything together and places in the oven preheated just to 150 degrees C for about 10 minutes

  2. I turned the oven down to 100 degrees C and left nuts in it for about 2 hours

  3. Then I stirred them, turned the heat up to 150 again and roasted them for further 20 minutes, or until they became crunchy
