Turmeric Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/5 tsp black pepper
  • 1-2cm piece of fresh ginger sliced
  • maple syrup to taste
  • optional, add a selection of a pinch of Chai spices to taste like cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small a small sauce pan and mix well. Turn the heat to medium high and stir until well combined
