Turmeric Latte
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/5 tsp black pepper
- 1-2cm piece of fresh ginger sliced
- maple syrup to taste
- optional, add a selection of a pinch of Chai spices to taste like cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a small a small sauce pan and mix well. Turn the heat to medium high and stir until well combined
