Vanilla Porridge with Toppings

Ingredients

  • oats
  • 1/4 tsp raw vanilla powder
  • nut milk

Toppings

  • blueberries
  • honey
  • cashew butter
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, nut milk, and vanilla powder in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to a porridge consistency.

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.

  4. Add toppings: blueberries, honey, cashew butter, and cacao nibs.
