Vegan Ombre Blue Pancakes with Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 tbsp vegan protein powder
- 2 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 tsp almond butter
Toppings
- selfmade rawnola
- fresh raspberries
- passion fruit
Preparation
Blend the frozen bananas, frozen mango, vegan protein powder, blue spirulina powder, and almond butter until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour the batter to form pancakes.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve the pancakes topped with selfmade rawnola, fresh raspberries, and passion fruit.
