Brazil Nut and Carrot Spread with Turmeric

Ingredients

  • Handful of brazil nuts
  • 1/4 cup of grated carrots
  • 1/2 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp of maca powder
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1 tsp of water
  • Dehydrated nori sheets (no oil, no salt added)

Preparation

  1. Pulse the ingredients in a high-speed blender until lumpy but blended.

  2. Spread the mixture on dehydrated nori sheets, optionally sprinkle with Himalayan salt.

  3. Optionally, dehydrate for extra crunch.
