Green Smoothie with Banana and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • Chunk of fresh ginger
  • Fresh mint
  • 1 apple
  • Spinach - handful
  • A good chunk of fresh fennel
  • Small handful of frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp of brown linseed
  • 1-2 tbsp of happy happy hemp & baobab
  • 1 tsp of Maca powder
  • Coconut water

Preparation

  1. Cover the ingredients with coconut water and blend until smooth.
