Healthy Chia Pudding with Banana and Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina
  • almond meal
  • maple syrup
  • 1 drop of grapefruit essential oil
  • flaxseed oil
  • coconut milk
  • chia seeds
  • extra seeds
  • edible flowers
  • fruits

Preparation

  1. Mix 1/2 banana, 1/2 tsp spirulina, almond meal, maple syrup, 1 drop of grapefruit essential oil, and flaxseed oil.

  2. Blend the mixture with coconut milk.

  3. Soak chia seeds in this mixture overnight.

  4. Top with extra seeds, edible flowers, and fruits.
