Healthy Chia Pudding with Banana and Spirulina
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
- almond meal
- maple syrup
- 1 drop of grapefruit essential oil
- flaxseed oil
- coconut milk
- chia seeds
- extra seeds
- edible flowers
- fruits
Preparation
Mix 1/2 banana, 1/2 tsp spirulina, almond meal, maple syrup, 1 drop of grapefruit essential oil, and flaxseed oil.
Blend the mixture with coconut milk.
Soak chia seeds in this mixture overnight.
Top with extra seeds, edible flowers, and fruits.
