Quick and Easy Loaded Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- about 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- a half pinky of fresh ginger
- about 1/2 teaspoon each of forever beautiful and energy bomb powders
- (optional) a quick splash of plant milk or coconut water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Top with your favorite toppings, such as chopped apple, pumpkin seeds, coconut chips, and white chia seed pudding.
