Quick and Easy Loaded Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • about 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • a half pinky of fresh ginger
  • about 1/2 teaspoon each of forever beautiful and energy bomb powders
  • (optional) a quick splash of plant milk or coconut water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

  2. Top with your favorite toppings, such as chopped apple, pumpkin seeds, coconut chips, and white chia seed pudding.
