Raw Avocado Pear Yoghurt with Coconut Water

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 0.5-1 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • about 2 deciliters coconut water
  • optional: squeeze of lemon juice
  • raspberries and raspberry powder for decoration

Preparation

  1. Blend the avocado, pear, vanilla, and coconut water until smooth.

  2. Add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.

  3. Decorate with raspberries and raspberry powder hearts.
