Raw Avocado Pear Yoghurt with Coconut Water
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 ripe pear
- 0.5-1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- about 2 deciliters coconut water
- optional: squeeze of lemon juice
- raspberries and raspberry powder for decoration
Preparation
Blend the avocado, pear, vanilla, and coconut water until smooth.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
Decorate with raspberries and raspberry powder hearts.
