Colorful Smoothie with Fruits and Superfoods
Ingredients
- mango
- banana
- avocado
- kiwifruit
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- ginger
- raspberries
- beetroot
- chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cacao powder
- toasted granola
- coconut water
- probiotic yogurt
Preparation
Prepare the orange combo by combining mango, banana, avocado, kiwifruit, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, and ginger.
Prepare the red combo by mixing raspberries, beetroot, and banana.
While mixing the mango part, add chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cacao powder, and toasted granola.
Use coconut water and probiotic yogurt as the base for blending the smoothie.
