Healthy Vanilla Chai Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- Vega One Vanilla Chai protein powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 drops Vanilla crème sweet drops
- Water (for topping)
- Cinnamon (for topping)
Preparation
Set aside 1 tablespoon of Vega One Vanilla Chai protein powder for the topping.
In a bowl, mix buckwheat flour, remaining protein powder, and baking powder.
Add egg whites, almond milk, and Vanilla crème sweet drops; stir to form batter.
Cook batter on a hot griddle over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Topping
Mix the set-aside protein powder with water until it has an icing consistency.
Add cinnamon and stir.
