No Carb Raw Vegan Creamy Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 bag of kelp noodles
- 1/2 cup of cashews
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- Few leaves of fresh basil
- Cracked black peppercorn to taste
Preparation
Soak cashews in filtered water for at least 2 hours and drain.
Rinse kelp noodles and let sit in lukewarm water for about 5 minutes. Drain and place in bowl.
Blend the soaked and drained cashews, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth.
Add basil on top.
Mix into kelp noodles and place fresh cracked peppercorn on top.
