High Protein Buckwheat Crepes Breakfast
Ingredients
- 70g egg whites
- 1 egg
- 15g buckwheat flour
- 1 tablespoon Quark or plain yoghurt
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 25ml almond milk
- coconut oil (for frying)
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients.
Fry the mixture in coconut oil to make crepes.
This recipe yields 4 crepes.
