High Protein Buckwheat Crepes Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 70g egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 15g buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon Quark or plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder
  • 25ml almond milk
  • coconut oil (for frying)

Preparation

  1. Mix together all the ingredients.

  2. Fry the mixture in coconut oil to make crepes.

  3. This recipe yields 4 crepes.
