Apple Cinnamon Cooooks

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups paleo flour blend
  • 1/2 peeled & grated granny smith apples
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Mix wet ingredients first, then add in paleo flour and mix with spatula (don't overmix)

  2. Roll into ~ 16 balls and bake for 15 min 350 degrees

  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon & monkfruit and enjoy!
