Apple Cinnamon Cooooks
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups paleo flour blend
- 1/2 peeled & grated granny smith apples
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Mix wet ingredients first, then add in paleo flour and mix with spatula (don't overmix)
Roll into ~ 16 balls and bake for 15 min 350 degrees
Sprinkle with cinnamon & monkfruit and enjoy!
