Big Green Smoothie for Heart and Gut Health

Ingredients

  • Large handful of spinach
  • 1/2 courgette
  • Handful of grapes
  • 1/2 apple
  • Slice of pineapple
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Thumb sized chunk of ginger
  • 1 tsp of baobab powder
  • 1 tsp of milled flax
  • Top up with coconut water
