Chocolate Cinnamon Chia Pudding and Cherry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao
- 4-5 medjool dates
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt flakes
- 1.5 cups almond milk or other plant milk
- more than 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup pitted cherries
- 1 frozen banana
- 50 grams tofu
- splash of plant milk
Preparation
Blend 1 tablespoon raw cacao, 4-5 medjool dates, a pinch of ground cinnamon, a pinch of sea salt flakes, and 1.5 cups of almond milk or other plant milk until smooth for the chocolate milk base.
Stir in more than 1 tablespoon of chia seeds into the blended mixture and mix well to avoid clumping, then refrigerate overnight for the chia pudding.
For the cherry smoothie, blend 1/4 cup pitted cherries, 1 frozen banana, 50 grams tofu, and a splash of plant milk until smooth.
