Chocolate Cinnamon Chia Pudding and Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao
  • 4-5 medjool dates
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt flakes
  • 1.5 cups almond milk or other plant milk
  • more than 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup pitted cherries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 50 grams tofu
  • splash of plant milk

Preparation

  1. Blend 1 tablespoon raw cacao, 4-5 medjool dates, a pinch of ground cinnamon, a pinch of sea salt flakes, and 1.5 cups of almond milk or other plant milk until smooth for the chocolate milk base.

  2. Stir in more than 1 tablespoon of chia seeds into the blended mixture and mix well to avoid clumping, then refrigerate overnight for the chia pudding.

  3. For the cherry smoothie, blend 1/4 cup pitted cherries, 1 frozen banana, 50 grams tofu, and a splash of plant milk until smooth.

  4. Enjoy the chocolate cinnamon chia pudding and cherry smoothie as a healthy breakfast.
