Ingredients

  • 1 small handful of blackberries
  • 1 small handful of blueberries
  • 1 fig
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 small handful of almonds
  • 1 apple
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Small chunk of ginger
  • Nut milk, coconut water or water (to cover)

Preparation

  1. Cover the ingredients with nut milk, coconut water, or water and blitz until smooth.

  2. Top with cacao nibs.
