Healthy Summer Raspberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or agave
  • Fresh raspberries for topping
  • Mint leaves for topping
  • Cacao nibs for topping

Preparation

  1. Mash the frozen raspberries in a glass.

  2. Add almond milk, chia seeds, and honey or agave.

  3. Stir well.

  4. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. Top with fresh raspberries, mint, and cacao nibs before serving.
