Healthy Summer Raspberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or agave
- Fresh raspberries for topping
- Mint leaves for topping
- Cacao nibs for topping
Preparation
Mash the frozen raspberries in a glass.
Add almond milk, chia seeds, and honey or agave.
Stir well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top with fresh raspberries, mint, and cacao nibs before serving.
