Peanut and Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • I used 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup toasted jumbo gluten free oats
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup and 1/2 cup slithered almonds. I blitzed the almond milk and protein powder to get a paste. Then I added everything else and mixed well. I pressed the mixture into a lined loaf tin and let it set in the freezer for 20 minutes. Sliced into bars and topped with salted peanuts. Keep in the fridge. I think they’d also be a great pre workout snack
