- 6 strawberries
- 1 handful of goji berries
- 1 plum
- 1 cup of coconut yoghurt
- a splash of unsweetened almond milk
- berries (for topping)
- dairy-free chocolate
- caramel dollop
Preparation
This recipe makes 1 medium bowl.
Blitz the strawberries, goji berries, plum, coconut yoghurt, and almond milk until smooth.
Cover with berries, dairy-free chocolate, and add a spoonful of caramel dollop.
