Chai-Spiced Pancakes
Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp each: cardamom, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, cloves
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Heat a dab of vegan butter in a large skillet over medium heat
Add 1/4 cup pancake batter and cook until golden brown on each side
Top with desired toppings
