Healthy French Toast
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
- 1c soy milk
- 4-6 slices sourdough
Preparation
Simply whisk the protein and milk until smooth, dip the bread and fry in a non-stick pan for 3-5 minutes each side
Toppings: sliced peach, soy yoghurt, coconut syrup, raspberries & icing sugar
