Healthy French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
  • 1c soy milk
  • 4-6 slices sourdough

Preparation

  1. Simply whisk the protein and milk until smooth, dip the bread and fry in a non-stick pan for 3-5 minutes each side

  2. Toppings: sliced peach, soy yoghurt, coconut syrup, raspberries & icing sugar
