Little Dessert

Ingredients

  • • 2 cups soya or coconut yoghurt
  • • 1 tsp raspberry powder
  • • 1 tsp strawberry powder
  • • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • • 2-3 strawberries • 1 can coconut milk (thick part from top of the can only)
  • • 1-2 tsp.maple syrup
  • • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Mix half the yoghurt with the raspberry powder and the other half with the strawberry powder

  2. Slice the raspberries in half and press them to the inside of the serving glass. Slice strawberries thinly and do the same for the strawberry version

  3. Layer the yoghurt and peanut butter into each jar

  4. Whisk the coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla together in a bowl until the mixture reaches whipped cream consistency

  5. Transfer the coconut cream to a piping bag and allow to chill in the fridge for about 20mins before piping on top of the jars

  6. Decorate with more berries and fruit powder
