Magical Blue Cosmos Drink
Ingredients
- 1 tsp of Blue Butterfly Flower Powder
- 1/2 tsp of Lions Mane #shroom powder
- 1/2 tsp of Ashwaganda
- 10 drops of organic #CBD oil
- 1 cup organic nutmilk
- 4 drops of non-bitter Stevia
Preparation
Combine all the dry ingredients in a blender or cup.
Add the nutmilk and CBD oil.
Blend or stir until smooth and well mixed.
