Overnight Spiced Rice Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups favorite non-dairy milk
  • 2-4 T maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 1/2 t cardamon

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and let sit overnight.

  2. In the morning, divide into bowls and enjoy with your favorite toppings such as nut butters and fresh or dried fruits.

  3. For best results, mix ingredients at night and pour into individual jars for easy serving.
