Refreshing Mango Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • 1 fresh ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon rice bran
  • 1/2 teaspoon purely greens
  • 2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • coconut or oat milk
  • coconut yogurt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed, and serve immediately.
