Refreshing Mango Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup frozen mango
- 1 fresh ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon rice bran
- 1/2 teaspoon purely greens
- 2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- coconut or oat milk
- coconut yogurt (optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency with more milk if needed, and serve immediately.
