Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 50-100ml almond milk
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Preparation
Place everything in & blend until smooth
The mixture will be very thick and you will need to push the ingredients down to get the blender going
If needed, add a little more milk
Garnish, dig in! no need to share ?
