Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 50-100ml almond milk
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Place everything in & blend until smooth

  2. The mixture will be very thick and you will need to push the ingredients down to get the blender going

  3. If needed, add a little more milk

  4. Garnish, dig in! no need to share ?
