Vibrant Blue Nana Smoothie Bowl Delight
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 50-100ml almond milk
- 1 TBS chia seeds
Preparation
Peel bananas before freezing them to make removal easier.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The mixture may be thick, so push down ingredients or add more milk if needed.
Garnish the smoothie bowl and enjoy it immediately.
