Pancakesunday
Ingredients
- • 1 cup whole wheat flour
- • 1/4 cup rolled oats
- • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- • 1 tbsp baking powder
- • 1/4 tsp salt
- • 1 tsp ground cardamom
- • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- • 2 tbsp maple syrup
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Heat a skillet over medium heat
Heat a bit of coconut oil and add 1/4 cup batter
Cook until golden on each side
Serve pancakes with more maple syrup, sliced fruit of choice and pecans
