Ingredients

  • • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • • 1/4 tsp salt
  • • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat

  3. Heat a bit of coconut oil and add 1/4 cup batter

  4. Cook until golden on each side

  5. Serve pancakes with more maple syrup, sliced fruit of choice and pecans
