Peanut Butter Mousse Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 250 g almonds
- 125 g cashews
- 15 g Medjool dates
- 50 g oats
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 80 g peanut butter
- 1 can coconut milk
- Lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons agave
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Blend the almonds, oats, Medjool dates, cocoa powder, and coconut oil to form a crust mixture and press it into a pan
Blend the cashews, peanut butter, coconut milk, lemon juice, agave, vanilla extract, and salt to create the filling mixture
Pour the filling over the crust and refrigerate until set
