Chickpea Balls Tartine

Ingredients

  • 100gr chickpea flour blended with nutritional yeast
  • half a pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1tbsp miso paste
  • 1tbsp tahini
  • 1tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/2 onion
  • 30g hemp flour or just more chickpea flour! With 50ml water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • and thyme! Form you balls
  • cook them on a pan on medium heat
  • so that you achieve a crispier texture
  • then either bake for 20min ord microwave on high for 3min. Served on rye bread with dijon
  • tomatoes
  • eggplant
  • and cucumber
