Ingredients
- 100gr chickpea flour blended with nutritional yeast
- half a pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1tbsp miso paste
- 1tbsp tahini
- 1tbsp flaxseed
- 1/2 onion
- 30g hemp flour or just more chickpea flour! With 50ml water
- salt
- pepper
- and thyme! Form you balls
- cook them on a pan on medium heat
- so that you achieve a crispier texture
- then either bake for 20min ord microwave on high for 3min. Served on rye bread with dijon
