Lenguine with Garlic Sauce and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 500g linguine cooked
  • 250g brown mushrooms sliced
  • 1 diced onion
  • 8-10 choppes cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 3 tbsp oat milk
  • 4 tbsp tamari
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp (+ - ) marple syrup
  • 1/2 cup broth
  • seasoning * 1 tbsp dried parsley, -oregano, -basil
  • 1 tsp salt and more to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. Saute mushrooms with tamari

  2. Put aside

  3. In a big pan, saute onions and garlic with oil, miso,- and tomato paste

  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mushrooms

  5. Simmer for 10-15 min

  6. Add pasta and serve with rest sauce
