Lenguine with Garlic Sauce and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 500g linguine cooked
- 250g brown mushrooms sliced
- 1 diced onion
- 8-10 choppes cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 3 tbsp oat milk
- 4 tbsp tamari
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp (+ - ) marple syrup
- 1/2 cup broth
- seasoning * 1 tbsp dried parsley, -oregano, -basil
- 1 tsp salt and more to taste
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Saute mushrooms with tamari
Put aside
In a big pan, saute onions and garlic with oil, miso,- and tomato paste
Add the remaining ingredients and mushrooms
Simmer for 10-15 min
Add pasta and serve with rest sauce
