Rosemary Garlic Breakfast Hash

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cubed potatoes
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • a generous amount of chopped fresh rosemary
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Massage the potatoes with all the seasoning.

  2. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.

  3. Flip halfway through.
