Udon Noodles with Glazed Smoked Tofu
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp of sweet and sour sauce
- 3 tbsp of soy sauce/tamari or liquid aminos
- 1 pack of smoked tofu
Preparation
Cut the tofu in stripes or cubes and fry them in a non sticking pan until brown
Add all of the above mentioned sauces and glaze until the sauce has thickened into a paste
Prepare the noodles (soften them in boiling water or broth for 3-5 min and strain them) add the tofu and vegetables of your liking
Top this dish of with roasted peanuts and some sesame
