Udon Noodles with Glazed Smoked Tofu

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sweet and sour sauce
  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce/tamari or liquid aminos
  • 1 pack of smoked tofu

Preparation

  1. Cut the tofu in stripes or cubes and fry them in a non sticking pan until brown

  2. Add all of the above mentioned sauces and glaze until the sauce has thickened into a paste

  3. Prepare the noodles (soften them in boiling water or broth for 3-5 min and strain them) add the tofu and vegetables of your liking

  4. Top this dish of with roasted peanuts and some sesame
