Take 2 cups of fresh preferably hand picked Methi leaves
wash
chop and blanch it. Soak about 15 cashews in hot water. In a wok
add little oil and 2 thinly sliced onions. Cook them till they are soft. In a grinder

3-4 black pepper
2-3 green cardamom and 1-2 cloves and a small cinnamon stick. Grind everything together and make a fine paste. In the same wok
take little ghee now
add the blanched methi leaves
3 tsp of chopped garlic and 1 tsp of green chilli. Cook it for 5 min and add the onion cashew paste. Now add salt
2 tsp garam masala and little kasturi Methi and a 1 tsp of dry mint powder. Also
add 1 cup of fresh cream

little milk to adjust consistency. Let it simmer for 15 min. In the end add 1 cup of boiled peas and paneer cubes. Mix everything together and cook for 10 5 min. Garnish it with kasturi methi and fresh corriander leaves. Serve it with the bread of your choice
