Ingredients

  • 3 spiralized zucchinis
  • 1/2 cup soaked sundried tomatoes plus soaking water
  • 2 pitted dates, soaked with the sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup zucchini (the parts that don’t spiralize)
  • 3 shishito peppers
  • 1/4 cup soaked walnuts, rinsed and drained
  • Juice of 1/2 juicy lemon
  • 2 cups tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg’s Organic Sea Kelp Delight Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
