Teriyaki Rice Noodle Bowl
Ingredients
- Rice noodles
- Tofu
- Assorted vegetables
- Fresh cilantro
- Sriracha sauce
Teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup mirin
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation
Soak rice noodles in hot water until tender.
Bake tofu in the oven at 200°C until golden and crispy.
Chop and sauté vegetables until slightly softened.
Combine all teriyaki sauce ingredients in a saucepan, heat to a simmer, and let cool.
Pour the sauce over the rice noodles, vegetables, and tofu, then garnish with cilantro and sriracha.
