Blue Forest Fruits Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cupfuls of frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cupfuls of frozen blueberries
- 2 large fresh chopped pears
- Few drops of vanilla essence
- Half a cup of coconut water
- Tbs blue spirulina
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl and serve immediately.
