Granola Recipe
Ingredients
- 60g oats
- 4 tbsp mixed seeds
- 2 tbsp sugar (or sweetener)
- 100g light tahini
- 1-2 tbsp oat milk
Preparation
Simply crumble into a bowl until combined, spread on a baking sheet and bake for around 20 minutes at 160C
Serve with your favourite fruit or top over yoghurt for a yummy weekday breakfast! *makes around 6-8 portions
