Green Smoothie Bowl with Spinach and Kale

Ingredients

  • Handful spinach
  • Handful kale
  • Chunks of mango
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • Frozen bananas
  • Almond milk
  • 2 tsp oats

Preparation

  1. Soak 2 tsp oats overnight in almond milk.

  2. Add the soaked oats and all other ingredients to a blender.

  3. Blend to create the smoothie mix.
