Green Smoothie Bowl with Spinach and Kale
Ingredients
- Handful spinach
- Handful kale
- Chunks of mango
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- Frozen bananas
- Almond milk
- 2 tsp oats
Preparation
Soak 2 tsp oats overnight in almond milk.
Add the soaked oats and all other ingredients to a blender.
Blend to create the smoothie mix.
