Green Smoothie with Bananas, Berries, and Kale

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of blackberries
  • 3 handfuls of green kale
  • 1 big handful of fresh mint
  • 2 tbs of raw coconut oil
  • Green powder of choice (We used @vibranthealth green vibrance)
  • 1 1/2 cup of filtered water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour and serve.

  3. We garnished ours with hemp seeds, flaxseed, and fresh mint and berries.
