Ingredients

  • I heated some butter and ghee together. Added 1 diced onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic roughly crushed and sauteed it till it was golden. Then I added chopped red chilli padi and coriander stems. Cooked it for 2-3 minutes. Then added red and green capsicum or bell peppers
  • cooked for 2 minutes on medium flame. Added salt
  • cracked black pepper and rice. Cooked it for 5-7 minutes on a medium flame till the rice becomes golden and bit crispy from bottom.After cooking I left it in the pan for 20 minutes. Before serving garnish with fresh coriander. ⁣
