Refreshing Matcha Smoothie for St. Patrick's Day

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbs matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup oat milk

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender and blend for about 2-3 minutes on high.

  2. Pour the mixture into a cup.

  3. Top with sliced bananas, fresh blueberries, coconut chips, and some cacao nibs for an extra crunch.

  4. Use a stainless steel reusable straw.
