Strawberry Shortcake Nicecream Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 pints strawberry banana nicecream
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 3/4 cup gf vanilla cookie crumbshey
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter, melted ⠀

Preparation

  1. Allow Nicecream to sit for 10 minutes, then scoop Nicecream into a baking pan and spread evenly

  2. Freeze overnight and next day cut into bars

  3. Pulse cookies, strawberries and vegan butter, then coat bars in the topping

  4. Enjoy immediately or save for later (if you can!)
