Vegan Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • A splash of oatmilk
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp ordinary spirulina powder

Toppings

  • blueberries
  • cashew nuts
  • quinoa
  • coconut yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen bananas, oatmilk, blue spirulina powder, and ordinary spirulina powder until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings: blueberries, cashew nuts, quinoa, and use coconut yoghurt for decoration
