Warm Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3-4tbsp chia seeds
  • 1c plant-based milk
  • 1/4c water

Preparation

  1. Simply slowly heat the milk and chia on the stove and add the protein as if begins to thicken. Add additional water as you cook until you reach a desired consistency ? topped with @manilife_ dark roast, mango & bluebs
