Having soaked chia in various liquids in the refrigerator is one way of being able to put a very quick breakfast together. I usually don't like cold breakfast. I believe it is better for my digestion to start a day with something warm. So I soaked 3 Tbs of chia in 1/2 cup of coconut milk mixed with 2 Tbs of butterfly pea flowers tea and left it in the refrigerator overnight. Then I mixed it with 1/2 cup of freshly brewed butterfly tea to warm the chia up
make the colour more vibrant and help to dissolve the coconut cream lumps. Then I mixed 2 Tbs of puffed amaranth with 1 Tbs of baobab powder for some nutrients and a hint of sweet citrus flavour baobab offers. I added a handful of raw walnuts
