Raw Pesto Kelp Noodles for Thyroid Health
Ingredients
- 3/4 package organic kelp noodles
- 3/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 1 clove garlic
- pinch of black pepper
Preparation
Soak the kelp noodles in warm water for a minute or so and pat dry.
Combine the rawmesan cheese ingredients in a blender.
Pour the blended mixture on the kelp noodles.
Optional: Add to a kale salad with crunched up seaweed to increase volume.
