Raw Pesto Kelp Noodles for Thyroid Health

Ingredients

  • 3/4 package organic kelp noodles
  • 3/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pinch of black pepper

Preparation

  1. Soak the kelp noodles in warm water for a minute or so and pat dry.

  2. Combine the rawmesan cheese ingredients in a blender.

  3. Pour the blended mixture on the kelp noodles.

  4. Optional: Add to a kale salad with crunched up seaweed to increase volume.
