Super Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 apricots
  • 2 big handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 - 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp Lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • A few mint leaves
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • Splash of coconut milk

Toppings

  • Freeze-dried raspberries
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Cacao nibs
  • Nut butter

Preparation

  1. Blitz the ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top the smoothie with freeze-dried raspberries, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and nut butter.
